Booking Policy

Booking Policy

At Kasbah Transfers, we strive to make your booking process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read our booking policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions.

  1. The Booking Process

Upon finalizing your travel plans with us, we will:

  • Send you a confirmation of your booking
  • Provide an invoice for your trip

To secure your reservation, we require:

  • A deposit of 40% of the total trip cost per person
  • This deposit must be paid at the time of confirmation
  1. Payment Methods

We offer several convenient payment options:

  • Cash
  • Bank transfer
  • Debit or credit card via PayPal

Please note: Payments made by credit or debit card may incur an additional charge of 3% of the transaction value. This additional amount should be added to your payment.

  1. Balance Payment

After receiving your completed booking form and deposit:

  • We will send you an invoice for the remaining balance
  • You will also receive a receipt for the deposit paid

The remaining balance (60% of the total trip cost) should be paid:

  • At least 10 days before your departure date, OR
  • In cash to your guide at the beginning of the trip
  1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your tour. In the event of a cancellation:

  • Notify us in writing as soon as possible
  • The cancellation date will be the date we receive your written notice
  • The person who made the original booking must make the cancellation
  • Cancellation charges will apply to cover our estimated costs

Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • If cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled service: 50% of your deposit will be refunded
  • If cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service: No refund will be provided

However, we are happy to change the date of your service free of charge if you need to reschedule, subject to availability.

  1. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to make changes to your travel arrangements after your confirmation invoice has been issued:

  • We will do our utmost to accommodate these changes
  • Please note that changes may not always be possible
  • Contact us as soon as possible to discuss any desired changes

Additional Information

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Prices may be subject to change; however, once your booking is confirmed, your price is guaranteed
  • We reserve the right to alter itineraries if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control
